Assaying of Content of Total Flavonoids and Puerarin in Different Regions Radix Puerariae

Objective:To determine the content of total flavonoids and puerarin in Radix Puerariae of different regions.Methods:The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotome try(UV).The content of puerarin was determined by HPLC,the analysis was performed on a kromasil C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) with methanol-water(33:67) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1,and at a column temperature of 30℃,and the detection of wavelength was 250 nm.Results:The content of total flavonoids was 0.66%~18.41%.The content of puerarin was 0.21%~4.06%.Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids and puerarin in Radix Puerariae had great changes between the different regions,the content
