Proceedings of the Fourth Symposium on Information and Communication Technology

The Fourth Symposium on Information and Communication Technology (SoICT 2013) was held on December 5-6, 2013, in Da Nang, Vietnam. As the preceding editions, SoICT 2013 is a scientific forum which aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners for technical discussions and interactions on major computing topics. SoICT 2013 is organized by ACM Vietnam Chapter and School of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
