学校体育树立“健康第一”指导思想的理论思考

This thesis has traced back the history of health education and used the study methods such as literature, historical analysis. This article unscrambles the twoconcepts ”idea” and ”healthfirst”, thus concludes that ”health first” is the core idea in school sports education. This article mainly expresses the idea that ”health first” is the essence manifest of sports ”humanist” objective. It also emphasizes the harmony in school P.E. Thus, this idea has revealed the PE sports basic goal. Based on facing problems and future development, some reform suggestions are put forward.
