Therapeutic effect of urokinase on diabetic nephropathy patients

Aim To investigate the change of renal hemodynamic parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN)treated by urokinase (UK). Methods There DN 34 patients were randomly divided into control group and UK groups,the renal hemodynamic parameters was detected,and the change of renal hemodynamic parameters in two groups after two weeks was comparatively analyzed. Results The renal hemodynamic parameters were significantly improved in patients treated with UK as compared to the controls (P0.05). Conclusions UK can improve the renal blood perfusion,ameliorate ischemia and renal interstistial injury,delay the development of renal disfunction.
