The present invention relates to a method for supplying a nutrient solution at high temperature periods during summer, comprising a raw water tank (10); a mixing tank (30) in which the raw water from the raw water tank (10) and nutrient solutions from a plurality of nutrient solutions tanks (20) are mixed; and a plurality of electronic valves (40) for supplying water to which the mixed nutrient solutions from the mixing tank (30) is supplied via a supplying pipe. In the method of the present invention a nutrient solution is supplied during high temperature summer period by measuring air temperature with a temperature sensor during high temperature summer periods and then supplying water if the air temperature is over a predetermined temperature or if the surface temperature of the fruit is higher than the air temperature by a certain level. Accordingly, water is supplied by selecting the nutrient solution, mixing the same and controlling the water supplying amounts. Also, since the growth of plants during high temperature summer periods is good, the productivity of plants are increased.
