Device and method for preparing covering yarn by means of melt-blown microfibers

The invention relates to a device and method for preparing covering yarn by means of melt-blown microfibers. The device comprises a microfiber melt-blown device, a core yarn feeding device, a friction spinning device, a covering yarn traction device and a collection device. The microfiber melt-blown device is used for preparing the melt-blown microfibers and conveying the melt-blown microfibers into the friction spinning device; the core yarn feeding device is used for conveying core yarn into the friction spinning device; the friction spinning device is used for processing the melt-blown microfibers and the core yarn into the melt-blown microfiber covering yarn; the covering yarn traction device is used for pulling the melt-blown microfiber covering yarn into the collection device. By means of the characteristic that friction spinning is low in tension, and the requirements for fiber strength in a traditional spinning process are reduced so that the melt-blown microfibers can be spun into the yarn; the melt-blown fibers are combined with traditional friction spinning, the application ranged of the melt-blown fibers is extended; due to the high specific surface area of the melt-blown microfibers, the prepared melt-blown microfiber covering yarn is good in filtrability and adsorbability.
