An Empirical Study of Tourism Crisis Management——As An Example of Wuxi

Tourism crisis is characterized with a wide range,greatly harmful,strongly emergent and high duality,so that a tourist destination image and reputation is adversely affected,the confidence of tourists to travel to the place of crisis in confidence is damaged,the tourism enterprises are faced with a larger operational difficulties and even business hold up,to carry out tourism crisis management research has a strong practical significance to the development of tourism.This paper,taking as an example of successful dealing with two tourism crisis in Wuxi City,sums up the experience of tourism crisis management in Wuxi City and puts forward effective measures for crisis management in tourism.
