Hot stewing circulating water treatment process for steel slag

2012
The invention relates to a hot stewing circulating water treatment process for steel slag. According to the invention, discharge water from bottom of a hot stewing apparatus is pumped with a submersible pump into a sedimentation basin for sedimentation and preliminary cooling, and a reagent is added according to the content of Ca in sediment so as to allow Ca and Mg to be precipitated; the water having undergone sedimentation in the sedimentation basin passes through a coke filter for preliminary filtration; a cooling tower is used to cool the water to a temperature below 45 DEG C; the water cooled through the cooling tower is filtered again by using a filter so as to allow the concentration of suspended matters in circulating water to be lower than 20 mg/L and total alkalinity of the circulating water to be less than 500 mg/L after filtration; the re-filtered water enters into a water softener for softening so as to allow the content of Ca and Mg to be further decreased, and ion exchange resin and membrane separation techniques are employed by the water softener for softening of water; the filtered and softened water flows into an absorbing well; and after filtration, the water is delivered into the hot stewing apparatus for slag stewing through hot stewing and water spraying. With the process provided by the invention, fouling of a circulating water pump, a pipeline, a nozzle and the like is effectively prevented, the failure rate of equipment of a circulating water system is reduced, and longevity and high efficiency operation of the equipment of the circulating water system are realized.
