In order to solve the inherent contradiction between hunting stability and curving performance of D(subscript 15A) type depressed center flat cars under tare and loaded conditions, detailed dynamic simulation analysis is made on the D15A type depressed center flat cars during the scheme design. Anti-hunting dampers are assembled between the big under frame and the small under frame according to the design scheme determined by dynamic simulation. The dynamics test on line shows that the D(subscript 15A) type depressed center flat cars under tare and loaded conditions do not hunt within 135 km/h, and all the other dynamic performance indexes tested meet the design requirement.
