Apparatus and method for controlling lamp of vehicle

The present invention relates to a vehicle lamp controlling apparatus and a vehicle lamp controlling method for controlling an operation of a vehicle by integrating information about a road extracted from a navigation device and a driving speed of the vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle lamp controlling apparatus comprises: a location confirming part for confirming a location of a vehicle; a speed judging part for judging a driving speed of the vehicle; a distance producing part for producing a concerned distance by referring the driving speed; and a driving part for adjusting a light radiating direction to face a place corresponding to the concerned distance by referring the produced concerned distance and a curvature of a road which exists in a front of the confirmed location.
