SPORCU ALGILAMALARINA GÖRE BİREYSEL VE TAKIM SPORU ANTRENÖRLERİNİN İLETİŞİM BECERİ DÜZEYLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI / COMPARISON OF COMMUNICATION SKILL LEVELS OF INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM SPORTS TRAINERS: PERCEPTIONS OF ATHLETES

Bu calismanin amaci, bireysel ve takim sporu antrenorlerinin iletisim beceri duzeylerini sporcu algilarina gore ortaya koymaktir. Arastirmanin evrenini Turkiye liglerinde 2006/2007 sezonunda futbol, voleybol, hentbol badminton ve gures branslarinda en ust kategoride mucadele eden takim sporculari, orneklemini ise calismaya gonullu olarak katilan 739 sporcu olusturmustur. Arastirmada veri toplama araci olarak arastirmacilar tarafindan gelistirilen "Antrenor Iletisim Beceri Olcegi" kullanilmistir. Betimsel nitelikteki bu arastirmada elde edilen verilere gore bireysel spor antrenorlerinin takim sporu antrenorlerine gore iletisim beceri duzeyleri anlamli derecede yuksek bulunurken, takim sporu antrenorlerinin etkili fakat gelistirilmesi gereken, bireysel spor antrenorlerinin ust duzeyde etkili iletisim becerilerine sahip olduklari tespit edilmistir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Iletisim, Iletisim Becerisi, Antrenor, Spor ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to find out the communication skill levels of individual and team sports trainers according to the athletes' perception. Football, volleyball, handball, badminton and wrestling athletes (739) which are compete first divisons leagues in 2006/2007 season in Turkey, participate in this study voluntarily. "Trainer Communication Skill Scale" that was developed by researchers, used in this study. According to the results of the research; individual sports trainers communication skills level is meaningfully higher than team sports trainers, team sports trainers have effective but need to be developed communication skills and the individual sports trainers have high effective communication skills.
