Application and Influencing Factors of Rational Use of Fleabane Injection and Breviscapine for Injection in Patents with Cerebral Infarction or Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE:To know and evaluate the application status of Fleabane and Breviscapine injection for the in-patients Beijing with medical insurance.METHODS:The medical records of 738 inpatients that were treated with Fleabane injection and Breviscapine injection were collected from 5 medical insurance-designated hospitals for a statistical analysis of the collected data.RESULTS:The doses of Fleabane injection and Breviscapine for injection used in the inpatients under investigation had a great fluctuation.The medication course varied greatly.The dosage and medication course were non-correlated to indication and patients'state of illness.CONCLUSION:The dosage of Fleabane injection and Breviscapine injection should be used in accordance with the package inserts based on patient' state of illness and indication,and the advisable medication course of which is 2 weeks.
