Simulation of Sea Surface Temperature Field Detected by Airborne Infrared Detection System

2008
Based on the infrared radiation model established in ocean environment, the IR image obtained by airborne infrared detection system is simulated by computer.A mapping method from the survey element of detector focal plane to the sea level infrared radiation unit is proposed. After atmospheric transmission, each of the IR radiation unit in the detected sea area finally arrives at the detector unit of the airborne IR imaging system. And the infrared radiation intensity is calculated by MODTRAN software. The IR image is simulated by graphics and Visual C++.The results can basically reflect the infrared characteristics of the sea surface temperature field.
