Statistical Analysis of Aluminized Coatings Obtained by Electrospark Deposition

The main features of the structure phase formation of aluminized coatings obtained by the electrospark deposition are observed. Statistical analysis of diffusion at different ratios of the times variation of values is proposed. In the framework of the synergetic ideology the consideration is based on the three parameter Lorentz system.
