Analysis and Calculation of the Thermal Efficiency at Insufficient Temperature Rise of LP Heater

Insufficient temperature rise of condensate is common in LP heater. In view of the insufficient temperature rise of condensate in LP heater for cogeneration unit NC25, quantitative analysis is conducted for the effect on the thermal efficiency of the unit in aspects of the insufficient work, change of vacuum and exhaust steam loss etc, providing a basis for the energy-saving retrofit of regenerative system.
