Through the air conditioner and the method providedby the invention, the starting time, the wake-up time and operating parameters of the wake-up pattern can be set individually by the users, the starting time, the wake-up time and operating parameters of the wake-up pattern can be set at a stand-by state or an operating state by the users, and the wake-up pattern can be started.
