Development of a Combined MR Fingerprinting and Diffusion Examination for Prostate Cancer.

2017
This study demonstrates the feasibility of MR fingerprinting in the characterization of prostate disease and indicates that MR fingerprinting–derived T1 and T2 with standard apparent diffusion coefficient can help differentiate peripheral zone cancer from normal prostate tissue and has the potential to help separate high- or intermediate-grade tumors from low-grade malignancy.
