Research Progress of Correlation between miRNA and Cancer

In recent years,with the improvement of medical standards,human beings have made huge progress in cancer diagnosis and treatment. However,the global cancer incidence and mortality rate are still showing an increasing trend. Cancer has become the second largest fatal disease in China. It is still a hot research topic to explore the mechanisms of tumorigenesis. The relationship between miRNA and tumor has attracted increasing attention of researchers worldwide in recent years. Here reviews the recent progress in the field of miRNA in cancer research.
