BUDGET PLANNING AND ROADS MANAGEMENT: ROADS

Article discussing the ROADS computer program. Developed by the Highway Extension and Research Project for Indiana Counties and Cities (HERPICC) at Purdue University, the program tracks the costs associated with road maintenance and the garage and maintenance overhead costs for local highway departments. The program has three functions: data storage, data processing, and information reporting.
