Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Dexmedetomidine Sedation in the ICU

Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in ICU sedation.Methods Seventy-two cases of patients from 2012 June to 2013 June were selected in our hospital and the control group used midazolam treatment,the study group were treated with dexmedetomidine treated,the clinical data and sedative effects of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.ResultS After treatment,sedation efficiency of research group was 80.73%,control group was 61.51%;NRS score of study group was 1.65,control group was 3.65.The study group was 1.20 times of intravenous fentanyl,the control group was 2.26 the indicators of the two groups were compared with statistical significance difference(P0.05).Conclusion For patients with ICU,the use of dexmedetomidine analgesic,sedative effect was remarkable,hemodynamic was stability,clinical value was high.
