Experimental arrangement for examining a cell culture under dynamic force

A test arrangement (1) for testing a cell culture (12) under dynamic force has a three-dimensionally formed support structure (4), which is designed such that the cell culture (12) in the support structure is embedded (4). By a force, a deformation of the support structure (4) is effected, wherein a force device comprises a first actuator (5), spaced acts from that in the support structure (4) embedded in cell culture (12) on the support structure (4). The force device comprises a second actuator (6) and a third actuator (7), which in each case spaced apart embedded from in the support structure (4) cell culture (12) on the support structure (4) acts, wherein the third actuator (7) of the first actuator (5) and of the second actuator (6) deviating directed force acting on the support structure (4) exerts. The test arrangement (1) has a holding frame (2) for receiving the support structure (4), wherein at least one of the actuators (5, 6, 7) is so fixed to the holding frame (2), that the actuator (5, 6, can exert 7) a support structure (4) support structure deforming force recorded on the (in the supporting frame 2) (4). The support structure (4) comprises fibers. In the support structure (4) a biocompatible hydrogel for receiving the cell culture (12) is embedded. At least one of the actuators (5, 6, 7) is a piezoelectric actuator.
