Construction method of 3D-printed reinforced-masonry thermal-insulation shear wall

2014
The invention discloses a connecting method and connecting structure for a 3D-printed reinforced-masonry shear wall. The connecting method comprises the steps that a first wall part and a second wall part of the reinforced-masonry shear wall are manufactured through the 3D printing technique, wherein butt joint grooves are formed in the end of the first wall part and the end of the second wall part correspondingly, horizontal steel bars are anchored in the first wall part and the second wall part correspondingly, and one end of each horizontal steel bar protrudes and forms an anchoring end in the corresponding butt joint groove; the butt joint groove of the first wall part and the butt joint groove of the second wall part are made to be in butt joint to form a butt joint space; vertical steel bars are inserted into the first wall part, the butt joint space and the second wall part in a spaced mode; and concrete is poured into the first wall part, the butt joint space and the second wall part, so that the 3D-printed reinforced-masonry shear wall is formed. By the adoption of the connecting method and connecting structure for the 3D-printed reinforced-masonry shear wall, the overall anti-seismic property and the thermal-insulation property of the 3D-printed wall are guaranteed.
