discussing its ability to support learners in the setting and implementation of leader personaldevelopment goals among 103 post experience students. The RGS framework, drawing upon
established theoretical models and frameworks including Gibbs Reflective Cycle,
Pennebaker's Trauma Narration, and Locke and Latham’s Goal Setting Theory is described
across a variety of learning contexts with managers and leaders from a range of industry
sectors (i.e., finance, construction, automotive and healthcare). The results indicate that the
majority of respondent’s report using a high degree of the key features of the RGS framework
