An Analysis of the Main Barriers and Countermeasures in Abolishing the Death Penalty in China

The barrier to abolish the death penalty is neither the lower economic level, nor the people' s culture character, but the concept retribution of the mass and the threaten of the death penalty in the authority. The only way to abolish death penalty is to change our concept, which is necessary to be enlightened, propagated, educated. The government should take this part; and the academic field should work more usefully.
