Parallel hybrid excitation brushless direct-current fault-tolerant motor
2012
The invention discloses a parallel hybrid excitation brushless direct-current fault-tolerant motor. The rotors of both a permanent-magnet synchronous motor and an electrical excitation double-salient-pole motor are arranged coaxially, and the stators are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side inside a shell; the iron cores of the stators share one set of armature winding; an excitation winding is arranged on the iron core of the stator of the electrical excitation double-salient-pole motor; the iron core of the stator of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor is in an unequal tooth-width structure; the wide teeth and the narrow teeth of the iron core of the stator of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor are distributed alternatively; the armature winding is winded on the wide teeth in an inlaid way; no armature winding is winded on the narrow teeth; and the armature winding of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor has the same phase sequence and phase winding distribution as the armature winding of the electrical excitation double-salient-pole motor. The hybrid excitation motor integrates the permanent-magnet synchronous motor and the electrical excitation double-salient-pole motor, realizes the efficient superposition of the induction potential of the two parts and solves the problem on deexcitation protection during the short circuit inside the motor. The hybrid excitation motor has strong fault-tolerant capacity.
