The PA66 composite material with favorable appearance and high static pressure resistance is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 21-71% of PA66, 5-20% of long-carbon-chain nylon, 20-50% of glass fibers, 3-8% of a compatilizer, 0.2-0.5% of a lubricant, 0.2-0.5% of an antioxidant and 0.2-0.5% of a coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting all the components except the glass fibers into a high speed mixer, performing mixing for 8-15 minutes, putting a mixed premix into a main feed inlet of a double-screw extruder, adding the glass fibers from a glass fiber opening, and performing extruding and granulation together. The material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of being excellent in comprehensive mechanical properties, good in appearances and good in static pressure resistance, having certain wear resistance and the like; the material is suitable for components with requirements for good appearance and high static pressure resistance, and has wide purposes in the fields of automobiles, high-pressure water torches and the like.
