Studies on the Enhancement of Fiber Content in the Centrifugal Forming

In the previous report, the fiber content has been enhanced by the effective use of fiber forming characters and by applying not only the centrifugal force but also roll pressure and film back pressure.This report analyzes the formation of high fiber content. The analysis has been made on the basis of an anisotropic model with several assumptions. Influences on the fiber content have been studied of the centrifugal force. roll pressure and film back force caused by the fiber lamination. In addition, the results of an experiment in the previous report is compared with this analysis.
