Entrepreneurial social network embeddedness of high-tech firms:mechanism elements and case analysis

According to the theory of social network,this paper explores the entrepreneurial social network embeddedness of Hangzhou Greenlander Corporation.This paper adopts an analytical technique of key events-based case study methodology.The main findings of this study show that:(i) The four mechanism elements of entrepreneurial social network embeddedness in high-tech firms are institution trust,information sharing,joint problem solving,and harmony for all winners.(ii) These four mechanism elements all obviously affect the growth performance and the cooperation performance of entrepreneurial firms.
