A quantitative HPLC method has been developed for the pharmacokinetic analysis of adenine derivative VMA-99-82. This highly sensitive and highly selective method can be very helpful in bioassays. The method of sample preparation has been optimized and almost does not influence the standard error of quantitative analysis.
