Detecting device for reinforcement effect of grouting in tunnel

2010
The invention relates to a detecting device for reinforcement effect of grouting in a tunnel, and belongs to the field of tunnel engineering. The detecting device adopts a cylindrical structure and comprises a drilling section, an expansion and measuring section, a deslagging section, a thrustor and a holding device all coaxially and sequentially connected from the front end to the tail end. When the detecting device is used, a back end of a holder device rotating inner rod is fixedly connected with a drilling arm of a drilling rig; the holder device rotating inner rod, a thrustor rotating inner rod, an auger stem and a rake-shaped twist drill bit can rotate coaxially together with the drilling arm; and the core component of the detecting device is a measuring air chamber formed by a tubular expansion inner chamber and a rubber expansion film, and after the device drills into the soil body, a displacement sensor and a pressure sensor of the measuring air chamber detect the field data. The detecting device provided by the invention is used for detecting the reinforcement effect of grouting in the tunnel, is simple to operate, can evaluate the reinforcement effect of grouting rapidly, quantificationally and scientifically, and can directly measure the mechanical parametric change of the soil body before and after grouting reinforcement, and draw a reinforcement effect conclusion for grouting.
