The Comparison Study on the Intestinal Microflora of the Healthy and Diarrhea Puppies

Through the study on the intestinal flora of the healthy and diarrhea puppies,differences were explored between the two flora to guide the clinical treatment of diarrhea.After healthy and diarrhea puppy faeces were adopted aseptically,the faecal micro -organisms were isolated and cultured to compare the differences between the two flora through the different selective media. The growing characteristics and the appearance of bacterium were analyzed and identified.The intestinal flora includes Enterobacteria, Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium etc.Compared with the number of bacteria in the intestinal canal of the healthy puppy,in the the intestinal canal of the diarrhea puppy,the number of Enterococci and Lactobacilli declined obviously,the number of Bifidobacteria declined little and the number of Enterobacteria had no significant increasing trend.Imbalance of intestinal flora was caused easily by the diarrhea,so the clinical treatment of diarrhea should be corrected to avoid the abuse of antibiotics.
