Conservation and dynamic planning of historical area:case study of 6 historical blocks in Jinlin Province

Historic Districts are an important part of cities' historic culture and are loaded with the historic contexts of cities.Therefore,protecting and planning these historic districts are the critical links for preserving the historic cultural heritages.However,over the years,for the view of static protection being extended,the historic districts haven't been protected scientifically and efficiently,instead leading to kinds of negative problems such as only emphasizing the single sites' protection,the people participation is lacked,cultural atmosphere is broken and authenticity is lacked.We analyzed the six historic districts' value and development situation in Jinlin province after summarizing and explaining the connotation of its.Meanwhile we provided the suggestions of protection according to the real problems existing and hoping to present kind of enlightenment for the solution of problems concerned.
