A Review of the Twelve Modern Military Choreographers

Military choreographers are the most dynamic and of the highest level in dance innovation in modern China. The paper provides a review of the "Twelve Master Choreographers",namely,Jiang Hua-xuan,Su Shijin,Men Wenyuan,Hua Chao,Fang Jinji,Zhao Ming,Chen Huifen,Zhang Jigang,Yang Wei,Ying Zhiqi,Xing Shimiao,Yang Xiaoyang,demonstrating the new domains and milestones explored and established by military choreographers in modern China.
