Compact Monitor device for Multicore Fibre with Practically Low loss using Multiple Lenses

We present two monitor devices using multi-core fibre. Both are built with 1 dB or less loss. One of them is a device with Fan-Out function and the other is a photo detector for multi-core application. Key technology is a new structure using multiple lenses.
