Ein Videobild-gestütztes System zur Ausbrandoptimierung in der thermischen Abfallbehandlung

A video-surveillance and control system for thermal waste treatment plant is presented which can be used to increase burnout and ensure compliance with the German Technical Regulations on Municipal Solid Waste (TA Siedlundsabfall). The system has been operating successfully on-line at an industrial-scale municipal solid waste incineration plant. The camera shows the burnout zone and the intensivity of each segment can be evaluated. A controller module calculates a new value for the air flow which is then transferred via a TCP/IP or HW interface to the process control system.
