Camera for iris recognition system

PURPOSE: A camera for an iris recognition system is provided to allow a user to conveniently position the iris of an eye without help. CONSTITUTION: A camera for an iris recognition system comprises first and second lens groups(600) composed of one or more lenses and an optical filter(700) which is arranged between the first and second lens groups and passes light of a specific wavelength band while reflecting light of other wavelength bands, a first optical path which is formed by the first and second lens groups and the optical filter and allows the light passing through the optical filter to propagate, a second optical path which is formed by the first lens group and the optical filter and allows the lights reflected by the optical filter to propagate, and an image pickup module which is arranged close to the second lens group and outputs an electric image signal.
