복합운동프로그램이 대학생들의 신체균형, 어깨 기울기 및 거북목 자세에 미치는 영향

2017
The purpose of this study is to measure and analyse the changes in balance, shoulder gradient, and forward head posture after 12 week combined exercise program by dividing the male and female college students who are attending universities into two groups: the group of combined exercise group of 19 individuals and the control group of 18. The study findings are as follows: In Lt/Rt balance, especially in Lt, the group of combined exercise group got better by 3.36%, which showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05) and the control group got worse by 2.45%, which wasn’t statistically significant. Whereas in Rt, the group of combined exercise group got worse by 2.98%, which showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05) and the control group also got worse by 2.27%, which wasn’t statistically significant. In shoulder gradient, especially in Lt, the group of combined exercise group declined by 30.90% and the control group by 13.13% and in Rt, the control group declined by 6.66%, whereas the group of combined exercise group increased by 88%, but there was no statistical significance. In relation to forward head posture, the group of combined exercise group improved by 16.48% on average better than the control group, which showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05). Taken together, it appears that the combined exercise program has a positive impact on body balance and correction of forward head posture in college students and thus is considered to be strongly encouraged in the clinical settings.
