The invention relates to a technology for producing fleece-flower root distilled water beverage. A preparation method for the beverage comprises the following steps of: cutting cooked fleece-flower root and raw fleece-flower root into blocks respectively, mixing, crushing the mixed fleece-flower root blocks into powder, putting the powder into a film type short-range evaporator, a centrifugal molecular distillation kettle or a falling film reflux type molecular distillation kettle, easily obtaining a mixed solution of active ingredients with high raw and cooked fleece-flower root purities for later use by using a known molecular distillation technology of related equipment, adding a decolorizing agent to thoroughly decolorize the mixed solution, blending and diluting the drinking distilled water and the decolorized mixed solution of the active ingredients, and thus obtaining the fleece-flower root distilled water.
