血友病患者の免疫複合体および抗カルジオリピン抗体 -HIV-1感染との関連について-

1991
To clarify whether the HIV-1 infection could invite a certain immunological alteration to the infected patients, we investigated the positivity rates of immune complex (IC) (Clq-IgG, C3b-IgG) and anticardiolipin antibody (ACA) in the sera of 81 hemophiliacs with or without HIV-i seroconversion. The Clq-IgG IC was found positive in 28 of 38 hemophiliacs with HIV-1 infection (74%) and 26 of 34 without HIV-1 infection, and the C3b-IgG IC in 18% of both groups. The ACA positivity was detected in 26 of 47 HIV-1 positive (53%) and 14 of 39 HIV-1 negative (47%).Thus the incidences of serological IC and ACA were so high in those hemophliacs regardless of their HIV-1 status that it was suggested that the majority of hemophiliacs might generally develop immunological alterations to a certain extent.Though the causes of these deviations in hemophiliacs reamain to be clarified, such elements may be involved there as autoantibody cross-reacting with major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II antigen and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte to HIV-i, which both are invited by HIV-i infections, as well as alloantigen specific to MHC class II antigen due to repeated infusion of antihemophilic agents.
