Upbringing difficulties in adolescence

The authors have discussed the genetic, gender-related, environmental, climactic, and cultural factors that impact children’s matura-tion. The emphasis is placed on the junior school period as a difficult time both for the child and the parents. The behaviour disorders and de-pressive behaviour that may accompany the period have been discussed.
