Нейрогенная дисфункция мочевого пузыря у детей с миелодисплазией

The principles of diagnosis of different forms of neurogenic bladder in children with organic lesions of the central nervous system by means of testing somatic innervation of the pelvic floor muscles (external urethral and anal sphincters) to assess urodynamic disorders are presented. The data obtained can be used to diagnose the form of bladder dysfunction and to determine the tactics of management of the patient. Depending on the type of dysfunction terms of treatment, the advisability of prescription of bladder catheterization and examinations of the upper urinary tract are detected.
