Application of the False Twister in the Ring Frame

In order to solve the problem of the moment residue on the single yarn produced by the ring frame,an idea is put forth that addition of the new false twister is necessary between the yarn guide and the front roller of the ring frame.The desired new false twister spinning technology can both upgrade prodction and reduce end breakage.The modified ring frame can produce yarn with low twist,high stength,less moment residue and special feel as well as small skew.Conclusion is made that the new technology supersedes the conventional spinning technology with marked edge in tech-modification,yarn forming specification,and cloth fabrication as well as low carbon orientation,whereas,the technology is of new designed equipment,its growth is restricted by fund,false twisting parts.
