Discussion of the mandibular impacted wisdom tooth root pruning treatment

Objective: To understand the mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction after the incidence of root pruning and statistical analysis, provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Observed seventy-five patients who impacted wisdom tooth extraction line jaw surgery but tooth root pruning, during 1 、3、 5 、8 years after surgery, used physical examination, X-ray observed to analyze the complication incidence. Results: The realationg beteen the postoperative mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction or remain and complication had no significant statistically. Conclusion: The mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction process appear tooth root pruning and there haven't inflammation, if difficult to remove, root pruning can be remain alveolar fossa.
