Updated CHM data and experimental results for "A novel encoding for separable large-scale multi-objective problems and its application to the optimisation of housing stock improvements"

Reason for delay between data creation and deposit: We have given the creation date as the beginning of the experimentation. The following runs and analysis took longer than 12 months to complete. In addition, we did not upload a permanent record until paper acceptance to allow for modifications following reviewer feedback. The review process took over two years from first submission.
