The invention discloses a microwave synthesis method of spirocyclopiperazinium compounds, and belongs to the technical field of medicine synthesis. Main raw materials comprising substituted aryl piperazine and dihalogenated hydrocarbon in a molar ratio of 1:1-2 are subjected to a reaction under microwave irradiation with microwave power of 100-1000W in a conventional solvent for a microwave reaction time of 1-40 min. The method provided by the invention employs a microwave heating method to obtain the target product, and microwave radiation power is in inverse proportion with time. Compared with a traditional method, the method has advantages of fast heating speed, short reaction time, high yield, simple reaction operation and convenient post-treatment, and is an efficient, energy-saving and green synthesis method.
