The present invention relates to a solar cell sealing material sheet, the sheet comprising: 1a ~ 5a is selected from ethylene-based copolymer (A), the melting point of the ethylene copolymer (A) is at least 90 ℃, containing structural units derived from ethylene; and is selected from ethylene-based copolymer (B) is [1b ~ 3b 1a: ethylene vinyl acetate (VA) copolymer, 2a: ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer, 3a: high-pressure process low density polyethylene, 4a: ethylene alpha] olefin copolymer, 5a: 1b except the following ethylene · G (M) a copolymers, 1b: ethylene · G (M) a copolymers, 2b: ethylene A copolymer VA · G (M), 3b: ethylene-acrylic acid ester · G (M) A] copolymers. The total amount of (B) an ethylene-based copolymer is preferably derived from a (meth) acrylate (G (M) A) structural unit is 2 to 30 mass%. By having the above-described configuration, even if not essentially require crosslinking or heat treatment for crosslinking, suitable for practical use can be obtained adhesion stability and adhesion.
