Inset decoration injection molding method and film hot compacting and cutting integration mold

The invention relates to a method for injection-molding decorations in dies and a film hot press molding and cutting integrated die used in the method. In order to solve the problems of complicated working procedure and low rate of good products which are caused by that the films need to be located for a plurality of times when manufacturing film inserts in the traditional method for injection-molding decorations in dies and the problem of high production cost caused by the requirement of forming and cutting two dies. The invention provides a method for injection-molding decorations in dies and comprises: providing a film, forming a decoration pattern layer on the film; hot press molding is carried out on the film and cutting is carried out on the film synchronously for forming the film inserts; the film inserts are arranged into the casting dies for injection-molding. Meanwhile a film cutting and hot press molding integrated die is provided, the upper die punching head of the die can associate with the edge of the lower die core for forming a cutting blade of the cutting film, and a gap of film molding is kept between the upper die punching head and the lower die core. The molding method and the die of the invention can simplify the production process, improve the quality of products and lower the production cost.
