The invention relates to a single crystal silicon piezoresistive type online oil level detector, which comprises a measuring circuit, a signal processing circuit and a display which are orderly connected, wherein the measuring circuit is a bridge measurement circuit which comprises four single crystal silicon piezoresistive type sensors and a power supply, the single crystal silicon piezoresistive type sensors are arranged on an oil drain valve position which is arranged on the bottom portion of an oil tank of a converter transformer to obtain pressure signals of the oil drain valve position, and the height of oil level is obtained through the signal processing circuit by magnifying, compensating temperature, converting modules and converting scales. Compared with the prior art, the single crystal silicon piezoresistive type online oil level detector has the advantages of rapid and accurate detection, simple structure, strong reliability, low cost and convenient installation and the like.
