A universal type hydraulic component performance testing device comprises an oil tank and a bidirectional volume variable hydraulic pump. The universal type hydraulic component performance testing device is characterized in that a ball valve is arranged on an oil channel between the oil tank and the bidirectional volume variable hydraulic pump, the bidirectional volume variable hydraulic pump is connected with a test oil channel, the testing oil channel starts from the bidirectional volume variable hydraulic pump, is sequentially connected with a reversing throttling valve, a hydraulic testing component, a flow meter, a pressure meter, an electromagnetic overflow valve and a thermometer in series and then returns to the reversing throttling valve. The universal type hydraulic component performance testing device has the beneficial effects that the problem that an existing universal hydraulic component performance testing device is not provided at present is solved, through a pressure control valve and a flow control valve, the pressure and flow inside the hydraulic component to be tested are adjusted, the test requirements of different hydraulic components are met, and the universal type hydraulic component performance testing device is suitable for application and popularization.
