Research on Compatibility of Task Allocation and the Development Team for New Product Development

Task allocation of the new product development is the key to the efficiency of product development. This paper firstly researches the principle of task partition and disintegrates the development process to acquire moderate granularity and sub-task which is convenient to manage. At last, we evaluate the key degree of development team and the comprehensive abilities of product development group, distributing the task group to the suitable product development group with the result of evaluation.
